Dear Old Witleian,

I am delighted to inform you about the changed format for the Annual Reunion on Saturday 8^th October. We have arranged to move the OW Football and Ladies’ Hockey Matches to this date to play against School XIs. It is hoped that this will encourage more recent leavers to come and for all to see some of the current pupils in action.

From 10.00 am      - Reception & Coffee in the Dance Studio

10.30 to 11.15 am - Escorted Tours of the School (optional)

11.45 am               - Old Witleians’ Chapel Service

12.15 pm               - Reception in the VivArtis Art Exhibition

12.45 pm               - Luncheon and AGM in the Selborne Room

2.30 pm                 - OW v KESW Football Matches on Culmer and Upper Gurdons plus OW Ladies v KESW Hockey on Deacons

From 4.15 pm         - Tea in the Dining Hall

Please complete the attached form and return it, together with your payment, to the Community Relations Office as soon as possible and no later than Friday 23 September, 2011.

Interest in Reunions is growing and I am pleased that a group of OWs have organised their own Reunion on 16^th July in London. We are also planning a London event on Thursday, 8^th March in the early evening. We hope that OWs working or studying in London will be able to attend an informal drinks reception. Please indicate if you would be interested in coming to this.

I am sure that you will all be thrilled that this year’s Annual Giving Fund has closed at just under £70,000. OWs are the most significant group contributing to this and I would like to thank you for your generous support of bursaries at the School. The additional project of creating a Music Technology Suite in the Münster Music School is already well under way and will be completed for the new School year. This will enable our budding composers to demonstrate their musical talents.

We do hope that you will come back to the School in October and I look forward to seeing you on the day. Please spread the word and encourage your contemporaries to come as well.
