A small group of KES Pupils and staff will be visiting Thailand in July 2010. This will be the third expedition to the Maekok River Village Resort in Northern Thailand.

This is an outdoor pursuits holiday with a three day community project for a Hill Tribe Village School (Prapan-Aree Hongsakul School). We have previously built them, a Canteen extension, washrooms and a new classroom block

as well as provide instruction in English. This year we are hoping to raise £8000 to build them a new Library, that will be named after the late Rev. Rob Millington. The trip in 2008 was the last overseas trip that Rob took part in and he and Jan were very committed to helping this impoverished community. So far just over £7000 has been raised after the "May Day Madness" 10K run at the school and other fund raising activities.
