This year has seen a series of firsts for the King Edward’s School golfers. Their first ever inter school fixtures, their first entry into national competitions and the first time a golfer has won a national title.

The forecast for Friday 17^th June looked terrible at the beginning of the week – heavy continuous rain. On the day this did not put off the 50 competitors for the School/Old Witleian Golf Championship. The venue for the 32^nd playing of the competition was Milford Golf Course.

The 2011 combined School and OW Golf Championship will be held on Friday 17th June at Milford Golf Club.  The format will be the same as previous years, with a dinner held at the school to celebrate the 32nd Anniversary of the competition.

The OW and School Golf Championship took place on Friday 18th June at Milford Golf Club. 57 players took part and all elements of the King Edward's community were represented; boys and girls from the school, parents, staff, OW's and their guests.

The Old Witleians and School Golf Championship held Wednesday 20th June 2007 was a great success.
