The OW and School Golf Championship took place on Friday 18th June at Milford Golf Club. 57 players took part and all elements of the King Edward's community were represented; boys and girls from the school, parents, staff, OW's and their guests.

OW's Mixed Hockey Match v School took place on Sunday March 21st at 2.00 pm.

The school emerged victorious by 4 goals to 1, including a hat trick by Adam Appelton with Andrew Phillips scoring for the OW's.

On Saturday, 7th March over 140 past and present pupils and staff of King Edward’s School gathered to celebrate Bertie Mawer’s 60 years’ association with King Edward’s School Witley.

KES GOLF FLOURISHING AT MILFORD GOLF CLUB
Last July some fifty members of the school and the Old Witleians Golf Society took part in the School and O.W. championship there, on a glorious sunny day. Since then the school has taken out a corporate membership of the club, which allows members of the school to eight rounds per month.
Since September an enthusiastic small group of pupils have benefitted from playing on the course and receiving tuition from club professional Paul Creamer.
On 10th May 2008 a memorial service for Barbara Swift, held in the school chapel, was attended by over 100 OWs.
