Old Witleians' Association Annual Reunions & Receptions 2006
This year as well as the traditional annual reunion at King Edward's School there was a reunion for Northern members at York and a Reception for Old Witleians and Parents of present and past pupils in Hong Kong.
Reunion at KESW
The Annual Reunion of the Old Witleians' Association was held at the School on Saturday 7 October 2006. The OW's were able to visit their old haunts and talk with present pupils that they encountered whilst touring around the campus. OW's had the opportunity of viewing all the artwork on display as part of the Vivartis art exhibition, and had a relaxed and chatty get-together over a delicious lunch served with wine in the School Dining Room.
The AGM was held in the Music School and this was followed by tea.

Old Witleians in the North Reunion
This was held on Saturday, 4 November 2006 and was the fourth reunion for Old Witleians in the North.

Hong Kong Reception for Old Witleians and Parents (report by Gwyn Phillips).
Madison's Restaurant was the venue for a small gathering of Hong Kong Old Witleians and parents to meet me as I was on my annual recruiting trip to the Far East. The central location and the excellent service and facilities made this an ideal location for what I hope will become an annual event. I arrived after many of the guests, having struggled to cope with the rush hour traffic in Hong Kong. Taxis were simply not available so I decided to travel by MTR but struggled to find the right exit from Central station!
