Edinburgh Reunion November 7th 2009
A small number had hoped to attend but in the event illnesses reduced us to six, spanning several generations, Tom McGovern (1936-38), Stuart McIvor (Wakefield, 1957-62), Heather Chrisp (nee Edwards, St Bridgets, 1974-77), Penny Kelly (Queens, nee Smith, 1978-86) plus Aileen Mackinnon (Staff, 1962-72) and Ann Fitchett (Staff, 1965-2002).

Despite the lack of overlap, memories and experiences were eagerly shared and it was fascinating to compare the changes in lifestyle and education and life experience. There was great and generous interest in developments at KES. We were a very convivial group and our restaurant in the Royal Mile was most accommodating. It would be good to have another northern gathering, especially if we can increase the numbers.
